Easy Apple Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cut into cubes
  • 1 large avocado - peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or more to taste
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon, or to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine apples and avocado together in a bowl.
  2. Whisk lemon juice and honey together in a separate bowl; drizzle over apples and avocado. Sprinkle cinnamon over salad and fold until evenly mixed. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
Do not omit the lemon as it keeps the apples and avocado from turning brown; Optional additions: walnuts, raisins, grapes, etc. Use your imagination!
